The Board of Trustees, established in 2009 following approval by the New York State Board of Regents, oversees 十大彩票网赌平台's operations and strategic direction. This independence allows the school to advance its mission with flexibility while maintaining its Catholic identity. The Archdiocese of New York continues to own the campus and support major capital improvements, ensuring a strong partnership.

The purpose of the 十大彩票网赌平台 High School Foundation, as noted in its certificate of incorporation that was filed on November 13, 1966 is to "solicit grants, contributions and donations from public and private sectors, which will be donated to 十大彩票网赌平台 for the purpose of specifically, designated projects and/or tuition, as determined solely by the Board of Directors. Such donations will have the intention of benefiting education and related activities, all in an effort to promote appreciation for the understanding of Christian faith and life."
