Archbishop Stepinac High School awards merit-based Academic scholarships to incoming freshmen each year. The process is competitive and is solely determined on the applicant pool of eligible students.  

On Thursday, December 3, 2026, Archbishop Stepinac High School will host a scholarship exam for academically qualified students. The exam is scheduled to begin at 4 pm and takes approximately one to two hours to complete.

Financial Aid is a form of tuition assistance awarded to eligible families who
demonstrate the greatest need for financial assistance based on the information
submitted and verified on their Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application. We only consider completed and verified applications.

Archbishop Stepinac High School partners with Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to collect all pertinent information needed to determine the most qualified candidates for a Financial Aid award. For your convenience, the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management Parent Enrollment instructions are below, which outlines all of the documents required for your application to be complete.

Due to limited funding resources, only applications with a status of verified will be forwarded to the school for final evaluation. We advise all parents to be diligent in monitoring your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management account, to ensure that your application is progressing to the next phase in a timely manner. The enrollment period for current students to apply for Financial Aid is April 16, 2026 – June 1, 2026.

• Thoroughly read through the Blackbaud Financial Aid Management enrollment instructions attached below, to fully understand what is required of you to successfully complete your application.
• Only applications completed and verified by the above deadline will receive a decision by June 30, 2026.
• All decisions will be sent to the email provided on your Blackbaud Financial Aid Management application.
• Before calling the school, please contact Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to make sure your application has been completed and verified no later than June 1, 2026.
• It takes Blackbaud Financial Aid Management a significant amount of time from receiving a completed application to render an account status of verified. Please plan accordingly.
• Archbishop Stepinac High School will not consider Financial Aid applicants with an open tuition account balance on their account.
• If a renewal application is not completed and verified by the above deadline (June 1, 2026), we will not be able to apply Financial Aid for the 2026-2027 school year.
• Please note Blackbaud Financial Aid Management will only accept documents uploaded into an application via the Document Upload Feature. Blackbaud Financial Aid Management is no longer accepting mailed documents.

Tuition assistance is available in two forms: need-based aid and grants. To be considered for either type of assistance, families must submit one Tuition Assistance application. This application applies to both incoming Class of 2031 students and transfer applicants.

The Tuition Assistance Application period for Class of 2031 students and transfer applicants will be available from September 30, 2026, through January 4, 2027.

Resources are limited, and early submission will be taken into consideration. All applications that are completed and verified by the January 4, 2027, deadline will receive a decision on January 20, 2027. Applications verified after January 4, 2027, will continue to be reviewed, subject to the availability of funds.
