Description: The Fitness/Nutrition club primarily deals with weight lifting for strength/hypertrophy (the gain of muscle), and education on proper nutrition for athletes.. This club meets once a week in the weight room. Day and meeting lengths will change based on weight room availability. Students will learn the proper form for lifting, what exercises work out which muscles, and how to use nutrition to put on muscle, cut weight, gain weight, or maintain weight.
